Details Below:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your FIRST/ORIGINAL order. (delivered date)
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached or we won't be able to refund your items. 
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and on carpet. (to avoid scuff marks)
  • A $5 fee will be charged/deducted if shoe box is damaged (please protect the shoe box by placing in a shipping box)
  • Clothing must be returned in original packaging 
  • Please allow for 3-5 days for us to process your refund once it is received by our Distribution Center. Once refund is processed please allow 5-10 business days for refund to reflect in your account.
  • Charro Azteca is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Original shipping fee used to ship product to you cannot be refunded as that already got paid to shipping carrier
  • If you choose for us to send you the shipping label the cost will be discounted from your refund
  • If you choose to send your item yourself please send us your tracking #.
  • IMPORTANT: if you send package yourself please let us know. We cant be responsible for shipments lost in transit. We just want to make sure it gets here.
  • Returns will be refunded via the original form of payment.
  • Returns for store credit will be emailed new discount code for amount refunded
